Aramco has undertaken the project (Jafurah Gas Plant Project) to build a greenfield plant to process unconventional gas from the Jafurah onshore field, located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, which is to be commissioned in 2023. This project has six main packages. Package 1 of the project, which entails installation of gas compression facilities (Includes 3 similar Gas Compression sub-Pkgs (HZEM1, HYMY3, HYMY4), is estimated to have a contract value of more than $1bn.

* Our scope was providing engineering service for proposal stage, including:

- Equipment & Structure modeling;

- Piperack & Structure information.

- Plot plan development;

- Piping layout, modeling and take off material;

* Achievements:

- Good control in progress & quality: piping layout by OptiPlant -> S3D, followed up 7 times P&ID revision & 3 alternative cases of plot plan;- - On time Submit of deliverables: 4 times of BoM/ISO for Base case, 1 time of BoM/ISO for each alternative case (1210 lines, 1818 ISO drawings (2140 Sheets) for the base case).

- We just need 04 months totally to complete and submit all of these workloads.
