Jafurah Gas Pkg. 2&3 are the biggest EPC packages of the Jafurah gas plant project (with an estimated value of $2bn).

Jafurah Gas Pkg. 2&3 have 6 main units: Gas Processing Train 1 and Train 2, Sulfur Recovery & Tail Gas, Sulfur Storage and Export, Inlet Storage & Export, Utilities, Common Facilities. The Project is to be commissioned in 2023.

* The detail work of our scope as below:

- Setup data of the project in Optiplant and SP3D software;

- Modeling Equipment & Structure, Platform for operating, Building, Paving and Road of the Plant by Optiplant and SP3D software;

- Design and modeling pipe size from 3" around Equipment and from 2" on Pipe Rack by Optiplant and SP3D software;

- Take of Pipe length, Elbow, Reducer, Branch from SP3D;

- Mark up PID and Structure information on plot plant for corresponding to 3D model and updated information.

* Achievements: Although PID updated 3 times and there are 2 Case Plot plan (Official case and Optional Case) but the progress still caught the schedule of the project. The Quality is very good and KPEG received good comment from Client.

* Applied software: AutoCAD, OptiPlant, S3D.
