The new TGTU 99 will process the tail gas from the existing Sulphur recovery units (SRU 91/92). The capacity of TGTU 99 shall be equivalent to 460 metric tons per day Sulphur production. In order to meet the emission specification, a new amine regenerator (No. 5) will be installed and integrated with the new TGTU 99. The processed tail gas comes out from the new TGTU 99 in parallel with the existing TGTU 93, both of which will feed the existing incinerator and stack.

* Our scope was:

- To do the as built work for 3D model, ISO/GA drawings, equipment location plan & instrument location plan;

- Extract the reported list for piping line list, equipment list and instrument list;

- Provide P&ID highlighted & marked-up, model review & database backup.

* Achievements:

- Good control in progress & quality;

- On time submit of deliverables: 1001 ISO drawings, 22 piping GA drawings, 15 instrument location plan drawings, 2 equipment location plan drawings.

* Applied software: AutoCAD, S3D.
