Our Quality Policy

 

It is the basic policy of KPEG Vietnam to maximize customer satisfaction with the best quality and thorough service based on new technology.

With this basic policy in mind, all KPEG Vietnam’s staff should sufficiently understand and follow this Quality Manual and applicable procedures.

The ISO Committee Leader has the functional responsibilities and authorities to assess the adequacy of the Quality Manual, to assure its effective implementation, to instruct and advise concerned staff, and to request corrective action whenever necessary. The Quality Manual can be revised and modified in accordance with the change of specified requirements and customer requirements.
