This package is to provide nitrogen for RDMP Project. Nitrogen is required for the various purposes during construction and operation such as inerting, pressure test, purging, start-up, emergency shutdowns, regeneration, etc.

* Our scope was providing the detail Engineering services for Piping/System and Steel Structure, such as:

- Plot plan development;

- Piping/Insulation/Painting material specification;

- Piping layout and 3D modeling;

- Piping general arrangement/Isometric drawing and detail engineering deliverables;

- Piping strength analysis;

- Mechanical calculation for allowable forces and moments for connecting nozzle;

- Civil Foundation layout and loading design;

- Civil Steel design and calculation for pipe rack and structure;

- BM/BQ for piping and steel structure;

* Achievements:

- Good control in progress & quality;

- On time submit of deliverables;

- Mastering the technology of producing, operating and supplying N2 generation projects.
